i think he used both of them-just like he has used pretty much all of his family. Would be nice if his tears were from guilt–but these people don't feel guilt. He cried b/c he has limited control over bodily functions. The tears came from getting the fuck out of the basement. He is used to getting what he wants from the taxpayers and is arrogant-even with his dementia- it comes across.
