The oath is to the Constitution.
The Constitution outlines the government and its constraints. Should there come a time when the entities claiming to be the government operate outside the Constitution, as it has been doing for quite some time, it is our duty to restore to the People a government which operates according to the Constitution as written.
The group claiming to be our government is, per the Constitution, not legitimate in that role and function.
