Watching the D.C. traffic cams, trying to place the… vibe. Napoleon in Moscow is… close.

Just hypothetically,

If a standing Executive Order were provably applicable to members the incoming Administration, their victory might be rescinded creatively, after inauguration. It might be possible and lawful to present them with, effectively, an empty capital - like Napoleon's Moscow.

From Day One, trivial orders are obeyed, but significant orders become dead letters at the Pentagon, delayed by Covid or whatever. The new Administration presents a Socialist nightmare to the public, D.C. leaders showing their true colors across the board. But the military remains… unresponsive.

Then key personnel start missing work.

A fire breaks out in Moscow, so to speak.
