…If a law at the state or local level in the United States is preventing the

implementation of the sanctions lifting as specified in this JCPOA, the United

States will take appropriate steps, taking into account all available authorities,

with a view to achieving such implementation. The United States will actively

encourage officials at the state or local level to take into account the changes in

the U.S. policy reflected in the lifting of sanctions under this JCPOA and to

refrain from actions inconsistent with this change in policy.

…Remove individuals and entities set forth in Attachment 3 to Annex II from the

Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List), the Foreign

financial and credit institutions, of representative offices, subsidiaries, joint ventures or

bank accounts in Iran

…Access to the airports under the jurisdiction of EU Member States of all cargo flights

operated by Iranian carriers or originating from Iran

ALL CONCERNED

…All spent fuel from the redesigned Arak reactor, regardless of its origin, for the lifetime of

the reactor, will be shipped out of Iran to a mutually determined location in E3/EU+3

best practices.

…Except as provided in Section 6 of this Annex which will be subject to the confidentiality

procedure of the UN, the work of the Joint Commission is confidential and may be

shared only among JCPOA participants and observers as appropriate, unless the Joint

Commission decides otherwise.

>Does the agreement define & confine cease & desist ‘PRO’ to the republic of Iran?

(PRO=proliferation?) Nope, increases it. Sanctions dropped; tech improved; new plant developed;

U-ore sent to Iran, business/banks/currency and markets opened, and promotes mobilization of heavy water. Allows for large U concentrations to be developed, as long as it gets diluted to ~3% etc. Very very gay… We got shitty carpets and caviar.

>What if Iran created a classified ‘satellite’ Nuclear facility in Northern Syria?

Sum of All Fears.
