Q is not omniscient, but he does have some sort of foreseeing ability. Clairvoyance? Augur? Yes he has all the military intelligence but he also has some method of time traveling. That is what attracts me to this whole thing. Q is human and does make mistakes, as all great souls do subject to earth. Q also has humility and respect for God, courage and compassion. But he is no ordinary person.
