As I speak Brazilian, I said I would. A very quick look revealed something very interesting.
The building was inaugurated in 1971 and on February 1 1974 there was an explosion on the 12th floor (The first floor is called ground and the next one up becomes 1, making the 12th floor actually the 13th) and I just had a quick look at the satanic calendar and found this:
