"[Yuri] Bezmenov [a KGB agent who defected to the West in 1970] said subversion happens in four stages: demoralization, destabilization, crisis, and “normalization.” The first step focuses on using one generation to subvert the perception of reality of and demoralize the enemy country; the second creates social chaos; the third instigates a crisis that leads to a civil war, revolution, or invasion from another country; culminating in the fourth and final stage of bringing the country under the control of the Communist Party. This is called normalization.

It seems Military Intelligence, POTUS, and Q Team were cutting the head off the chicken before it strutted into the final acts of Stage 3: Crisis.
Regardless, we're on the path to either a civil war or a revolution. Q38 reassures me we will never reach Stage 4.
