Does anyone know whether/how long Trump can stay aloft on AF1 after noon on the 20th? Assuming there is no valid inauguration, of course.
Second question, if Biden is inaugurated, does it count legally? Would the military be causing an insurrection instead of putting one down if they make a move after Biden gets inaugurated?
