It's like we're watching a movie and POTUS and everyone in government on our side are actors following a script, not realizing that there's a world outside them that's going to light the playhouse on fire.
This, coupled with POTUS's tone deaf address earlier is peak clown world. It makes no sense in the context of what's going on, yet this is all we have.
