The electoral process was only constitutional in the sense that it followed a mechanical stepwise procedure. Underlying that however, is the extensive fraudulent activities that strip the outcome of any and all legitimacy. The process was public, the theft was hidden. Those that know now have constitutional jurisdiction and a duty to prosecute.
