If biden goes through the ceremony he completes an insurrection which a domestic rebellion attacking a foreign land in an effort to attack the US. District of Columbia is foreign land. DC is the corporation capital and is not apart of the United States. The corporation has been dissolved. Trump will be the republic president and biden the corporation president(if he even gets that far)
