This anon is right, it was decided by the supreme court last year that POTUS could not undo Obamas DACA program with the stroke of the pen, so that in effect applies to all current and future EO's
At least off th etop of my head I believe it was DACA and not some other suit. Regardless, that was the outcome.
POTUS's EOs are supposed to remain in force and effect, however I am sure Bidens commie admin would make up their own rules as usual, and they woudlnt even get challenged.
