Value of in country dollar does not vary. Time was taken to settle the conversion rate. New system has been used between countries for sometime. Not at the individual level)
All US currencies outside of US are going to default to zero.
Any tax dollars that exist after that are going to be our sovereign assets that cannot devalue.
