It's complicated. What I wish the New-Agers here would understand is that the discussion about how Q and the Gospel of Thomas fit in is BEYOND the scope and purpose of the board here. One is a theoretical pre-Matthean/Lucan 'sayings Gospel and the other is a Gnostic text rejected as heretical long before Constantine and Nicaea. Neither is part of the Bible.
New Age Anons, read it well: Q and the Gospel of Thomas are not part of the Bible. Stop trying to make Thomas happen. It's not going to happen.
It's about time and place — Now is not the time, here is not the place. Perhaps one of those things will later change as Q gives us more information, but until then, I wish they would give it a rest.
Especially the part when people push back and the New Agers call them "devil pedo shill" or fall into some other persecution complex. That's divisionfagging at its best, and nothing else they do justifies it.
