Follow up: There's no way POTUS' team does not "know" about Q, even if it is a LARP. They must also understand the significance of that number, even if it's all been a LARP.
So why put that number of flags up? Either to deliberately exacerbate a LARP, or as genuine coms. I don't see any other choices in this.
