POTUS: The "new administration" has the "foundation to do something really spectacular"

 

In President Trump's JBA speech (speaking in front of the 17 flags), this line was interesting: That the "new administration" has "the foundation to do something really spectacular" because "we put it in a position like it's never been before"

 

Does that mean "spectacular" like in the climax of a movie?

Didn't Grassley vote the wrong way on certifying Arizona in the Electoral College?

 

This leads me to a question, wondering if any anons know.

 

1) If many Senators are arrested, including Pres pro Tem, does the most senior surviving Senator immediately become Pres pro Tem (and therefore fall into line of succession), or does it take some kind of long winded certification process to get there? (If the remaining Senators are the 6 who voted to not certify Arizona in the Electoral College, that would be Cruz)

 

2) After VP/Speaker/PresProTem the line of succession goes into the Cabinet (first being Sec of State). Do we know if the Cabinet officers officially leave office at noon? If not, then Pompeo would be next after Grassley. (I know Pompeo has been loud about leaving Sec of State today. But in what direction?)

 

3) If Pompeo leaves office at noon, does an Acting Sec of State qualify for participation in the line of succession? If so, who would it be? Who is automatically promoted to Acting Sec of State upon Pompeo's departure?

 

4) If acting Sec of State is not in line of succession, what is the first position after Grassley in the line of succession that would not leave office at noon?

 

Basically, if around noon the Fake President & Fake VP & what do I say about the Speaker & possibly turncoat Pres pro Tem are all arrested, and succession is by the official line of succession (civilian presidency preserved), who becomes the President?

 

That all said, a military government sounds good to me right now. But there could easily be a Scaramucci Model president preserving a civilian oversight role through these coming days, so it's interesting to try to be aware of who it might be.

AF1 just made a slight turn to line up with West Palm Beach, FL. Over the ocean currently, and just as I expected, signal is starting to break up. Last position seen timing is getting farther and farther apart. We will have about an hour before it shows back up on the FL coastline (for accurate location).
