One of the reasons that the Illuminati make heavy use of DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) is so that they can compartmentalize their own lives. They can have a persona that really believes they are a Lightworker doing important work for the advancement of humanity. The persona that tortures and sacrifices babies and drinks their blood is totally hidden from this lightworker persona. Also the business person con-artist who sets up the scames is in a separate persona. So the lightworker may really believe in a charity that they promote and support. If you talk to them in person you will be able to sense their genuine caring spirit, the basic goodness of this person. That's because the evil torturing vampire cannibal persona has no need for genuineness, caring or goodness. So they package up these qualities in another persona that is their slave.
Once you know that you are dealing with a person who has DID, you cannot judge them or evaluate them in the same way as a normal person. They are like a whole gang. You would not judge a gang based on one member. You would want to know how the collective functions, who is in charge, what kind of things does the gang do?
