Something similar happened when RENEGADE was sworn in. My speculation at the time was that the "swearing in mistake" that required him to "take the oath of office again, but in private", was some weird-@$$ way of getting him to swear the Oath of Presidential Office on a Koran, without the general public seeing. But later, Q dropped that when POTUS DJT was finished, it would be "As if Obama had never been there", I realized there was no actual Obama swearing in, at all.
Nothing Obama signed has force of law – he was never, ever President.

He has committed dozens & dozens of other criminal and treasonous acts, and will either break rocks at Ft. Leavenworth for the rest of his life, or, more likely, hand – anyway.
I had actually speculated that it would be SCOTUS CJ Roberts, thus seriously complicating the whole inauguration.
Could still be him, Pence, Biden, Barr, … at this point, I no longer know …
But 35 months and $250,000,000 worth of shilling later, I know it will shock the world, whoever it is.
