That's not true, at least in a Democracy the people have some say in government as long as they have fair elections. The only point I was making was that we aren't even a Democracy.

In actuality our situation is so bad that we don't even know who or what is even running this country or what set of laws we are living under. That possibly makes us even worse than Communism.

I would agree with you, that there is a fallacy inherently built into all forms of government. They are all easily subverted and controlled by endless means of attack and subversion. Now back to the original statement. We don't even know who or what is running this country. That is a big problem. What set of laws are we even living under. That's a really big problem.
