You might access it thru the Wayback Machine if it still has it (see below). Don't count on them learning any civics or government courses in high school.
Biden's crew has already deleted Trump's President's Advisory 1776 Commission's "The 1776 Report" from the White House website at:

A few minutes ago, Laura Ingram and her guest discussed how the Wayback Machine deleted it from their website. I pasted the links below into my browser and the document did show up:

I dunno, maybe it was my computer's cache only.
However, when you go directly to the Wayback Machine at https://archive.org/web/ and post this link into their search bar, the document will not come up.

The Wayback Machine website formerly showed it was saved 62 times between January 18, 2021 and January 20, 2021. All that now displays is a colored circle for 20 Jan and 21 Jan (where before they were also on 18 and 19 Jan) with the message:
"1 snapshot"
"18:03:32"
Before they were deleted, there were 9 captures for 18 Jan, 37 captures for 19 Jan, and 16 captures for 20 Jan but the only thing that now shows up for 20 Jan is the above message.
Several anons had either saved the document to the "Archive.Today" servers and/or cited it in previous QResearch posts. HOWEVER, the archive captured ONLY the cover sheet and not the body of the report (don't know what happened, but anyone uploading stuff to this archive needs to check that the whole document is visible):
