Law of War stuff was legit, and the best explanation for that number series. I have a gripe with Q on this topic, because simply prodding us in the right direction on it months ago may have yielded a lot more focused research. 1) I don't like being led around by the nose, and 2) its way too likely to be randomly shooting in the dark when feeding us loads of disinfo, rather than actually making an impact. Unless our being preoccupied chasing our tails around was part of the plan, this really pisses me off. Anons came here to have a meaningful impact.

But yes, Law of War seems extremely relevant.

So I've been trying to work out this line of logic for myself, but I'm not there yet.

Is there a legalfag who can man-splain by what mechanism, would the military not be under the orders of a sitting president? By recognizing the election as illegitimate you say, part of an insurrection. So my question then is, will the people Trump appointed to carry this out within the military leadership retain their positions of authority? Biden is already replacing people.

It is hard to view this moving forward as anything but a coup or insurrection. I support it, but i think the legal territory is in uncharted waters.

>If President's oath is fraudulent/enemy, military is sworn to disobey orders.

I want to beleive so. But basically we are saying those commanders who were in on the plan, need to understand this and be willing to execute it. Will they still be in position? Or will Biden just replace them. This could be a touchy situation over the first few days.

I wonder if the formation of Space Command and restructuring of SpecOps is related to this issue.

Flynn did say that, and I am merging your point with my question essentially: what will the Mil chain of command "loyaliststs" be like, if Biden starts replacing the leadership?

There is a window of opportunity for loyal military to follow the plan, which I guess is better than no opportunity at all. A month seems awfully long, as Biden will be taking a hatchet to everything and everyone that Trump appointed.
