They didn't want to weigh in on the election because it could have, and should have been dealt with by the legislators of the states.
THEY PUSSED OUT.
Now, they have no other choice to hear the evidence.
Once evidence is presented, it becomes public record, and the MSM and the DNC cannot say there was no evidence of fraud.
I have not read the case, so I do not know what the remedy is that they are seeking.
The trouble is that should the SCOTUS rule that there was fraud, the election would be declared fraudulent, meaning that everything that took place after the fraud is vitiated.
That would be delightful.
