"Koh" ← first I thought this was Harold Koh, who works at the State Dept, but another Koh has surfaced:
Howard Koh, MD, assistant secretary for health at the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
Richard Hodes ← NIH doctor → Director of the National Institute on Aging (NIA) at the National Institutes of health (NIH). Dr. Hodes, a leading researcher in the field of immunology, was named to head the NIA in 1993.
