Frankly, it’s just an educated guess. It’s a black sorority on a black college campus outside Macon GA, about 100 mi from Atlanta.
S. Black colleges are very insular, “customers” will be black, with money.
Girls were “dating” for dollars to pay sorority dues…several thou per semester.
There are four black congressmen from Atlanta and S. Georgia area.
All four belong to legacy black fraternities which are included in the “divine nine” NPHC of Black college greek letter organizations. AKA, the involved sorority is also one of the nine.
All four congressmen have been in Congress for 12 plus years.

Hank Johnson, David scott, Sanford Bishop …
