Anyone ever use Twitwipe?

I'm trying to delete all tweets before shutting down account. If I use Tweet Delete it shows I have no tweets and no likes. If I go to my account visually it is likewise blank. If I use Twitwipe, it says "You have 5962 tweets and 7974 favorites or likes in your account". And, it takes forever to try to do anything about those phantom tweets.

It that AP legit?

I belonged to YT Premium. Is there another way to download their videos without belonging to their service?
