Also, DNSCrypt may help if the ISP leaks the DNS requests.

Rumor at the time was to do another one privately in the WH the next day so Obama could use a koran.
An ISP provider can block those IP addresses. Don't use their DNS server. Change default in the router to be sure.
I have good results with US Level C servers.
