BEEN lurking and rarely-posting, since post 11. I'm tired of lurking. all I know about the baker though, is he presents the dough. How the new bread is began is beyond me, but I've yet to try. Also not sure how to accept the handoff officially.
Maybe the process is laid out in the top dough though, I do admit I should lurk at the TOP moar… i typically just search for the notables posts.
