People appear to not be grasping the significance of Dianne Feinstien publishing the Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS) confidential Senate testimony. (more)
Fusion GPS lost their injunction case on the subpoena from the Congress to turn over their banking and financial records. They lost because the judge did not believe them when they claimed that the Congress could not keep confidential information confidential.
That was the entire basis of the judges decision.
Yesterday, Sen Feinstein proved that the Congress could not keep confidential information from Fusion GPS confidential by releasing their confidential Senate testimony onto the Internet without permission from Grassley. Stand by for an appeal.
