Over the last couple of days I have created new boards that separate out the various sections at the top of each thread. These are read-only boards and I will update each board with the relevant data specific to that board. If any of you want to look at what I have done here are the links:

>>>/q4newbies/ - An introduction to Q for Newbies (new people to Q's posts).

>>>/qdrops/1 - Current Q posts of January 2018 (earlier posts will be added over time).

>>>/qtools/6 - A list of tools from the Q-related work done by Anons on /cbts/ and /thestorm/ (former places where Q posted). This covers: Q graphics, Clock graphics, Resources, Q-Map Tools, More Tools and Info, Planefag Tools (for plane tracking), Meme Ammo.

>>>/qresearchlinks/1 - A list of research threads related to Q posts done on /cbts/ and /thestorm/.

>>>/qrecenthappenings/ - A list of the various News and Happenings threads on /cbts/, /thestorm/ and /qresearch/.

My aim is not to hijack anyones work but to make it more organized and have less clutter at the top of each thread. You can take the section above and tack it on the end of your first post for each thread and below the two links to the Q boards (/qresearch/ and /greatawakening/). Everything is there including rules and OPSEC in the newbie board.
