>Section 1. Requirement for Procedures.
The following is required
> (a) The Director of National Intelligence shall, within 30 days of the date of this memorandum, issue and release publicly a policy
make a (new) policy
>requiring that each element of the Intelligence Community (IC)
all Intelligence Agencies have to do this
>develop and maintain procedures for responding to requests from
they have to come up with new procedures of how they will respond to requests
>Federal, State, local, tribal, or territorial government officials for non-public identity information concerning known unconsenting United States persons
requests that concern "known unconsenting United State persons"
>that was originally omitted from disseminated intelligence report
"known unconsenting United State persons" that hadn't been a topic in intelligence report
My question here: is a "person" always a human being or could it be a jurisdictional person (not a single human being)?
