Yes, I believe the wall is not referring to the border of Mexico but our southern border of Antarctica separating us from the outer space. They said stay below 40k ft so I haven't brought it up but potus keeps bringing up the wall on our southern border never mentioning in what states or Mexico except to say Mexico would pay for it.
