What’s WRONG with the US Presidential OATH?

 

The Constitution defines itself in its own document as:

“Constitution of the United States of AMERICA”

See also the Original Constitution of USA in [Article I, Section 8] that creates the federal government over ONLY the District of Columbia (DC):

 

“To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such DiSTRiCT (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the SEAT of GOVERNMENT of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all PLACES PURCHASED (like ZIP Codes - Zone Improvement Plan)…”

 

Yet the Presidential Oath OMITS

“of AMERiCA”

and instead substitutes the title term for the 1871 Corporation - “Constitution of United States”

 

The Oath taken by Joe Biden:

"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, so help me God.”
