Maybe the inauguration was moved to 11:43 a.m. EST because they knew exactly how long the holographic projection would run. It had to complete before 12:00 p.m. EST when POTUS stopped being President. How can you inaugurate a new President when the old one hasn't left office yet?
The Navy made public 6 patents, long ago. Included are plans for the TR-3B (now superseded by the TR-7 but that isn't public yet) anti gravity craft, the power source to drive it, and a room-temperature superconductor required to keep the power source from overheating.

If you look into the Super Soldier program, it moves more and more toward controlling one's self and states of consciousness. As such, the consciousness of the population is priority one; the most impactful factor in the Deep State existing at all. If it's simply removed without changing the consciousness of the population, they'll just come right back again. The entire point behind this entire plan is to ensure "this [Deep State control] never happens again." To reach that point, you have to change the people. You can't just remove the Deep State and it's all better. You have to target what attracted and enabled them in the first place.
That has been "the plan" since day 1.
