ZIP Codes created in 1963 are NOT Law.
Zone Improvement Plan
They were created, published then the book in which they were published was PURCHASED by the Corporation United States. This made ZIP zones “territories” of the US - see Constitution Art I, Sec 8.
When you state you RESIDE in a ZIP zone then you state you do NOT reside in any of the State REPUBLICS like California or Alabama. There is NO State called CA or AL. These were also “purchased” by the Corporation US making them territory governed by the Corporation US.
People can send you mail at ZIP if they want. However if every time you are asked your RESIDENCE which creates your JURISDICTION and you say ZIP then you Volunteer to give up your Sovereign Citizenship of a State Republic and replace it by becoming a “subject” like those in Wash DC or Guam - without the rights of a State Republic.
The average mailman is clueless. However every POST MASTER knows ZIP is a con game. Just get a Letter from your Post Master affirming you reside in an address defined with the FULL only 1st letter Capital State and NO ZIP.
Then when you are FORCED by some clueless government person to give a ZIP just say: “The ZIP for the TOWN in which I reside is XXXXX”
See Constitution [Art IV Sec 3] - it forbids dividing States up into ZONES without a Law by Congress. Thus ZIP was never made into Law.
