I caught this Army flight earlier today. R103O1 (ops flight) was doing low passes over Faimont/Grafton and Hagerstown/Halfway. If it didn't have the 'O' in the call sign instead of another '0' I would have said it was a training flight, but it could possibly a recon flight?
