Thoughts on this supposed insider from /pol/? Using the SCOTUS as "a front" caught my eye.
I don't think he invoked the IA though. Although I would have preferred that. Biden would not have been sworn in if that was the case. On the other hand, POTUS cannot be in power if the military is to act to evict a foreign power. Check the relevant section from the Constitution.
