lawfags… If the election was certified by congress and the VP, but there's a SC court case that may get taken up tomorrow… what kind of standing do they have?

There's no question in everyone's mind there was tremendous fraud. If the SC actually rules in Trump's favor, where do we go from there? Do they just get a slap on the wrist ("don't ever do this again, teehee!"), do we get a do-over election, or can they basically say Donald Trump is the true winner of the election? Can they really just do that, do they have standing? It's such merky legal grounds that this country has never entered before.
Anyone wanna chime in? If we have a chance to rectify this tremendous fraud, barring some sort of military takeover, this would be it. 2024 is out of the question they will defraud us even harder than right now.
