In the Hunger Games, we have the figure of 'Cinna' (China?). Cinna is a 'stylist' and resides in his home: The Capitol. Excerpt from fandomwiki: "it's possible that Cinna was part of the same underground rebel network that Plutarch belonged to (though the novels give no specific indication)."
