Not sure if this is new information or not. Oswald tried to join KGB in Russia, was rejected and then failed at slitting his wrists.

Yeah I noticed that part as well. I have a new theory on Oswald. I was reading another FBI report that stated their number one concern was that somebody would try to reenter the United States using Oswalds identity.Apparently he had applied to a colloge in Bern, Switzerland and was supposed to start in the fall of 1960 I believe. He had taken his birth certificate with him so this was a red flag for the FBI.
