Thanks for posting this I was looking for it a few weeks ago. I think this is quite plausible for Israel. I had also thought this to apply to some of those in our own government as well.

President Trump’s personal doctor admitted on Tuesday that he did not write the hyperbolic 2015 letter that proclaimed Trump would be the “healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.”
“He dictated that whole letter. I didn’t write that letter,” Dr. Harold Bornstein told CNN on Tuesday. “I just made it up as I went along.”
Bornstein recently revealed that three men, including President Trump’s former bodyguard, showed up at his office last year and confiscated the president’s medical records.

The doctor now claims that the glowing recommendation was first dictated by the then-candidate, and then turned into glowing prose.
“That’s black humor, that letter. That’s my sense of humor,” he said. “It’s like the movie ‘Fargo’: It takes the truth and moves it in a different direction.”
He said that he told Trump “what he couldn’t put in there” while his patient was dictating his physical prowess over the phone.
In the letter, Borstein also claimed that Trump’s “physical strength and stamina are extraordinary.”

Agree with you, I believe this is another narrative change, to take focus off of the progress forward Trump has made internationally as well as hide the focus from the bad actors.

It states Trumps former bodyguard, how former was his bodyguard, was he still the bodyguard for him when it was done. When did this happen, it doesn't give a real time frame. Not sure who's side would have done it. For all we know Trump signed a HIPPA and they picked up the documents for the White house Dr. and the media being who they are want to add more spice to make it seem like something wrong was done here.
