Thanks for posting this I was looking for it a few weeks ago. I think this is quite plausible for Israel. I had also thought this to apply to some of those in our own government as well.

The doctor now claims that the glowing recommendation was first dictated by the then-candidate, and then turned into glowing prose.
āThatās black humor, that letter. Thatās my sense of humor,ā he said. āItās like the movie āFargoā: It takes the truth and moves it in a different direction.ā
He said that he told Trump āwhat he couldnāt put in thereā while his patient was dictating his physical prowess over the phone.
In the letter, Borstein also claimed that Trumpās āphysical strength and stamina are extraordinary.ā

Agree with you, I believe this is another narrative change, to take focus off of the progress forward Trump has made internationally as well as hide the focus from the bad actors.

It states Trumps former bodyguard, how former was his bodyguard, was he still the bodyguard for him when it was done. When did this happen, it doesn't give a real time frame. Not sure who's side would have done it. For all we know Trump signed a HIPPA and they picked up the documents for the White house Dr. and the media being who they are want to add more spice to make it seem like something wrong was done here.
