What he appears to be doing is, one video a day for 'QDrop Analysis' which doesn't have the super-chat and donations but still the 'gibme donations' text below the video.
Then, he does a video talking about current events (all related to QDrops of course but he doesn't mention Q), which he has super chat on and the donations flying in. The crowd are all storm watchers and patriots however, so it's all the same. He's making money from the movement.
