You cannot currently, successfully sue the NHS for giving you that wonderful "therapy". Not even under article 3 of the European Convention of Human Rights: All they have to say is that you are of unfit mind and they can LEGALLY give you this "therapy". It is an "approved" therapy.

They have even managed to get recipients of this "therapy" to speak on behalf of its efficacy.
