Actually, understand there is a difference between a witness and an anointed witness. I am God''s witness because I made contact with the Light when instead of killing a bunch of murderers, which I can easily do with bare hands, I prayed for my enemies souls and all the children that I knew who were suffering from this evil cabal. An anointed witness is one who is transfigured by the Light, as Christ was not only in life but even proved it through death.
We all can see the Light if we apply ourselves to God's Law. He reveals his Light when we have earned it through discipline. There are also other gifts that come with it according to the blessing bestowed by the Holy Spirit.
