How difficult would it be to add some code to add " (pb)" [1] if it detects that the link isn't "on this page"?

I mean there's already code to detect the ">>" and make a link out of that; seems pretty simple, sis!

[1] -- And while we're at it, also differentiate between " (lb)" (last bread) and " (pb)" (past/prior/previous).
