No poison pills, no magic bullets. Q had purpose, some part of it was to teach us to think and dig for ourselves; to seize the initiative and change things for the better. One man, no matter how talented, intelligent, and resourceful he is (and he is) cannot do it all. So suck it up and go to work (except those of you who are already doing all those things). END RANT
