Navyfag here. It’s only been a couple days but the E.O. on masks has not filtered down in the form of a direct order via naval message from CNO like the one about ending Critical Race Theory did. Most on a military base are following some form of CDC rules, so maybe it is moot. Now that Austin is SECDEF, it may happen. He was Obama’s boy and replaced Mad Dog at CENTCOM when I was there. Of course I thought Mad Dog was awesome then, so what the fuck do I know.
