Amazing how this idiot thinks First Amendment protects him from being blocked on Twitter while he promotes the removal of Facebook Groups and banning/suspensions of other people’s accounts.
What difference does it make?
If First Amendment applied to a platform ran by a private organization then why are people able to be banned and not capable of suing for it?
Isn’t banning someone infringement on your First Amendment rights to speak? But in this alternate reality, blocking someone is an infringement on First Amendment?
