This C2 Navy cargo plane has been in this same area for a couple of days, before they were East of Batanes now they are West of Batanes. You can almost see the straight line segment there where the flght deck would be.
Yeah it seems like Navy craft only show up very sporadically.

PF update on the Pacific. I am the one who has been reporting more flights than usual to many of our Pacific territories, in the days before the inuaguration. That looks like it is continuing now, the pattern seems (to me) to indicate a strengthening of force across the Pacific.
C-40 in pink there took off from Wake island. A number of flights to and from Wake lately.
C-40 in blue there just took off from Palau. First I have ever seen activity there.
Kwajalein and Marshall Islands have also seen activity in the last week.
