I know sooner or late it will be exposed…the question still stands, if the SCOTUS deems the election was fraudulent, nothing in the Constitution states that they can remove a sitting President (that is if Joe is President) and that he would have to be impeached.(we already know how that would end up). and that the SCOTUS doesn't have any power in removing a sitting President (Fraudulent or not).

doesn't work that way…the electors chose Biden…The VP certified it…it's done…even if it is found to be fraudulent, SCOTUS doesn't have the power to remove a President.

I understand totally there was fraud…but think further along in the future…if fraud was proven…how do you remove Joe Biden…you just can't walk up there and ask him to leave…you can't arrest him or can you. (harris/president)…so, basically "What happens AFTER fraud is proven???

What happens to the Corp. or the 1871 rule if D.C. becomes a state of the union and not a lone sovereign territory???

 

Is this the reason why Joe wants it to become a state, he can then rule past D.C.???

I know all about the 1999 3rd bankruptcy bill, I'm on your side…but not coming up with any "Proof" that the Military is in control of our Government…I see Joe Biden being elected by the electors and confirmed by the V.P…so technically he is the President according to the Constitution…my point is let's say that is true…and…and the SCOTUS rules that the election fraud did occur…how do you remove Joe Biden from the White House…it's a simple question… I don't see the Military going up there and knocking on the door saying…times up, they found out and you have to leave and Trump is coming back, but he has to have it fumigated first to get the Biden smell out of it…the SCOTUS doesn't have the power to remove a sitting President..the only way to remove Joe would be to impeach him and that leaves Harris…am I wrong…and I don't need some emotional shill screaming at me when it's just a simple question.

Problem is it went bankrupt for the 3rd time(probably due to all the wars it had been in) in 1999, and the Military was the Executor of the assets, hence this bill.
