Sorry anon that's too much logic…

But here's my take anyway: Q said it all had to be done legally, and I suspect the simplest way to do so would be to impeach Biden AND Harris. (Or one or both resign…)

But then Section 3 of the 20th Amendment gives Congress the right to basically act as it pleases to install an acting President. As things stand we've got the Presidential Succession Act, which would put Nancy in charge… but that is merely an Act of Congress and could be overriden by an Act simply naming DJT as acting President. There is then NO need to "redo" the election.

Of course many things would need to happen to make this practically possible but many things have to happen no matter what….
